Healthy Moms have Healthier Babies

  When you are pregnant, you share your body with your unborn child. Everything that you eat or drink or inhale, you also give to your baby. So a simple rule is, if you wouldn’t give it to baby after she is born, do not give it to her before she is born. And if you would want baby to enjoy fresh air, exercise, and rest, then you need fresh air, exercise, and rest now.

For some of us, this means changing how we lived before we got pregnant, and some of those changes are not easy. Here is some information about why they are important and how you can get help to do what is best for you AND baby.
